摘要
乙二醇、己二酸装置是可操作性危险等级最高的危险化学品生产工艺,传统的经验的安全管理方式往往难以保证装置安全。采用以可靠性为中心的维修(RCM)、基于风险的检验(RBI)、危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP)等系统工程方法分别对动、静设备和装置运行潜在的危险进行预先的识别、分析和评价,是提高装置安全性和可操作性的有效的科学方法,值得在生产管理过程中推广应用。
[Abstract]The adipic acid production equipments are the highest risk level production technology. The traditional and experiential Safety Management Mode is commonly difficult to ensure the safety of Production Equipments. The Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Risk Based Inspection (RBI),Hazard and Operability Analysis (HAZOP) and Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA) are the systematic and scientific engineering methods to identity, analyze and assess the potential risk factors of rotating equipments, static equipments and production equipments, such engineering methods are worth to promotion and application.
