摘要
重点研究了卧螺离心机传动系统 ,根据目前工业用卧螺离心机其传动装置采用行星传动差速器所存在的不足 ,提出了采用全液力传动 ,使转鼓转速以及螺旋输送器相对于转鼓的差转速均实现无级调速的设计思路 ,并生产出工业用样机 ,应用研究表明 ,WLZ - 30 0型卧螺离心机的设计思路正确 ,操作方便 。
The object of this paper is to study the transmission system of the screw decanter.The transmission gearing of the screw decanter,which is used in factory now, has planet differential and it has many weaknesses.This paper suggests another method of transmission,using hydaulic transmission,which can achieve stepless speed regulation of the screw decanter.We have produced sample machines for industry.The application testifies that the desiagner’s thought of the WLZ-300 type’s screw decanter is correct.It operates easily and has a great future.
