摘要 在室温下对低合金高强钢裂纹试样 ,做各种程序的预载 ,然后在 - 1 96℃下进行加载断裂试验 ,并测定其宏观、微观力学参数 .结合断口和金相观察 ,分析了热预应力 ( WPS)的大小对低合金高强钢预裂纹试样增韧效果的影响以及影响 WPS增韧效应的主要因素 .研究结果得出预裂纹钝化是增韧的主要影响因素 ,残余压应力和第二相粒子开裂钝化也使 WPS效应增大 ,加工硬化使 A considerable variety of pre loading at ambient temperature is conducted upon pre cracked HSLA steel specimens and then the specimens are made fractured at the temperature of -196 ℃ under a load. After measuring macro and micro scopic kinetic parameters and inspecting the fracture visually and metallographically, the influence of warm prestress magnitude on the toughness improvement of pre cracked HSLA steel specimens and its main influencing factors are analyzed. The investigation’s results show that the blunting of pre crack tip is main factor influencing on toughness improvement and the residual compressive stress as well as the initiation blunting of crack of second phase particles make the toughness improvement increase. In contrast, work hardening makes it decrease.
