摘要 介绍了一种按输出力 (力矩 )特性曲线设计凸轮机构的新方法 .阐述了这种设计方法的理论依据 ,并将这种设计方法应用在高电压等级、高工作电流单相单断口真空断路器的弹簧操动机构中 .结果表明 :用这种方法设计的凸轮机构完全能满足机构所要求的输出力特性的要求 。 After discussing the theoretical basis for a designing method of cam mechanism based on output force (moment) characteristics, a new designing method for that mechanism is presented and then, employed for designing a spring actuating mechanism in vacuum circuit breaker with singlephasy single breaker contact which operates under the condition of high voltage and large current. The application of this method shows that the cam mechanism designed by using the method presented can completely meet the requirement of output force characteristics for the mechanism and, furthermore, the performance of the mechanism is remarkably better than that of similar mechanisms designed by using conventional methods.
