摘要
通过对提升物料及通用提升设备性能的分析 ,提出了一种新的斗式提升机的设计方法 .即用计算机上做出的三维动画确定出提升角、提升路径和料斗形状的控制点 ,再用 Bezier曲线拟合设计出符合提升要求的、运动平稳的、性能较好的斗式提升机 .
Through analyzing the elevated materials and the performance of elevating equipment, a new design procedure of bucket elevator is presented. This new procedure is to determine lifting angle, elevating route, and control points of bucket’s contour with three dimensionally animations on computer and then, is designed by using Bezier curve fitting method, the bucket which meets elevating requirements and runs steadily with better performance.
