摘要 X射线无损探伤是工业中无损检测的主要方法之一。采用数字技术辅助检测可以大幅降低检测成本,提高检测速度和效率,提高产品质量。以实际工程需求为背景研究了X射线实时成像的缺陷检测与识别技术,设计了1个X射线焊缝缺陷实时检测系统。利用X射线传感器采集焊缝图像,用图像处理算法检测焊接缺陷。为实现焊缝缺陷的实时检测,利用FPGA的并行能力以及运算速度快的特点,设计了基于FPGA的缺陷图像预处理方案,按照设计的UDP封装格式封装图像数据,通过以太网接口将封装数据发送至上位机进行焊缝图像重建和缺陷检测。此设计方案减轻上位机的数据处理量,减轻了上位机的处理压力,提高了焊缝缺陷检测设备的检测速度。 X-ray NDT is one of the main methods of non-destructive testing in industry. Using digital technology aided detection can significantly reduce testing costs, and improve the detection speed and efficiency, and improve product quality. Based on the practical engineering requirements, we studied real time defect detection and recognition technology by X-ray image,and design an ?(ray welding defect detection system. Using X-ray sensors to collect weld image,and then use image processing algorithms to detect welding defects. We use FPGA parallel ability and high operation speed, realized a defect image preprocessing module in FPGA,to achieve real-time weld defect detection. Packaging image data by UDP packet format,and send these packaged data to PC through Ethernet interface. Then PC reconstructs the weld image and then process the defect detection. This design scheme reduces the PC data processing requirements and PC processing pressures,and improves the weld flaw detection rate.
