Sb_2Te_3薄膜的性质及光伏应用
摘要
采用真空共蒸发法在室温下沉积Sb-Te薄膜,在N2气氛中进行573K退火处理,制备出符合化学配比的Sb2Te3薄膜。将Sb2Te3薄膜用作CdTe太阳电池的背接触层,在不同温度下进行了快速退火处理,获得了效率为12.34%(Voc=805.9mV,Jsc=25.1mA/cm2,FF=0.61)的小面积太阳电池。
