摘要 为提高高速公路运营安全水平,更好地指导高速公路信息监测工作,从运营安全的角度研究高速公路信息监测的内容和手段。首先,归纳高速公路突发事件的类型,分析运营安全的影响因素,并按照其是否随时间变化将影响因素划分为静态因素和动态因素2类。然后,基于运营安全保障的需要,较为全面地分析主要的动态因素的信息采集需求,包括高速公路交通状况、气象状况、基础设施状况和异常事件,在此基础上,进一步确定相应的监测指标。此外,通过调研国内外基础设施监测的相关研究,总结和归纳了高速公路基础设施的信息采集方式。 It was held that in order to improve the operating safety level of freeway, it is necessary to have real-time monitoring of information on the freeway, and that information acquisition on the freeway is a problem deserving of study. All kinds of freeway emergencies and influential factors of freeway operating safety were summarized. The factors were divided into two kinds: the static and the dynamic based on whether they change over time. From the perspective of traffic safety, the requirements of information ac- quisition of dynamic influential factors, which include traffic conditions, weather conditions, infrastructure conditions and abnormal events, were analyzed and the indicators to monitor were proposed. In addition, data acquisition methods and techniques of the infrastructure conditions were emphatically discussed.
