Factors Influencing Migrant Workers' Perception of Injury Risk

农民工自身工伤风险的防范是预防工伤事故发生的重要环节,研究农民工工伤风险认知情况对维护农民工职业安全有重要意义。通过农民工工伤风险认知的调查,分析当前农民工工伤风险认知情况。运用SPSS软件分别建立农民工工伤风险认知与农民工个体特征、社会变量之间的回归模型,分析不同因素对农民工工伤风险认知的影响。结果表明:在个体特征上,农民工工伤风险认知受教育程度、工资收入、行业分布的影响。而在社会变量方面,这种认知更多地受政府政策宣传、厂方培训、工友事故的影响。最后,探讨农民工工伤风险认知的激励手段。

The factors influencing migrant workers＇ perception of injury risk were analyzed with the empirical research methods to improve the migrant workers＇ perception of injury risk and prevent the work accidents. The linear regression model of SPSS was adopted to analyze the effects of migrant workers＇ indi- vidual characteristics and social variables on their perception of injury risk. The results show that the indi- vidual characteristics, namely the education level, wage level and occupation, all impacts the migrant workers＇ perception of injury risk, that the social variables, such as the propaganda of government poli- cies, the training offered by the enterprises and the work accidents of other workers, are also among the influencing factors, and that the improvement of migrant workers＇ incentive wages level and the construc- tion of safety culture in a harmonious enterprise could ameliorate their perception of injury risk and prevent the work accidents.
