Affection of electric power structural reform and electricity market on power system is a research hot spot at pres- ent. This paper analyzes and discusses affections of position, structure and manage of CSG under the condition of electricity market. It points out that under the condition of electricity market, CSG should transform from integration of transmission, distribution and sale of electricity to integration of transmission and distribution of electricity. For adapting to this transfor- mation, it is necessary to realize further plant- grid separation and transmission- distribution separation which may deeply affect manage of CSG. Therefore, it is ought to strive for maximum of self benefits in aspects of component analysis and formulation method for electrovalence of transmission and distribution. It offers relevant proposals for marketization re- forms under the condition of electricity market.
