摘要
针对目前电网企业检修项目数量多,而通用的后评价方法不能量化检修质量水平和效益的问题,基于广东电网公司检修项目管理情况、生产管理实践经验和层次分析法,建立了设备检修项目的后评价指标体系和评分方法,该指标体系可实现对重点项目深入评价,一般项目简易评价,并能综合反映企业整体检修工作的情况。实际应用表明,该指标体系和评分方法能够较好地反映检修项目质量水平,提升项目管理过程的规范化和检修工作。
Aiming at problems that for numbers of maintenance projects of power grid enterprises, the common post evalua- tion method can not quantify maintenance quality level and benefits, this paper establishes a post evaluation index system and marking method for equipment maintenance project based on management of maintenance project in Guangdong power grid, production management experience and analytic hierarchy process. This system can realize deep evaluation for priority pro- jects and simple evaluation for general projects. In addition, it can reflect the whole maintenance work synthetically. The actual application shows that this index system and marking method can well reflect quality level of maintenance projects and promote standardization of project management and maintenance work.
