摘要
建立了考虑系统风险以及检修费用的输电线路多目标优化检修模型。构造能够计及机组出力波动、负荷波动、线路故障等诸多不确定性因素的系统风险指标,并使用基于半不变量的概率潮流方法进行计算。利用多目标进化算法对输电线路多目标优化检修模型进行求解,RBTS(reliability busbar test system)的算例验证该模型的合理性以及所采用方法的有效性。
This paper establishes a multi-targets optimization inspection mode for transmission lines which considers system risks and inspection expenses, constructs a system risk index which can measure many uncertain factors such as unit output fluctuation, load fluctuation and line faults. It uses probabilistic load flow method based on half invariant for calculation and by multi-targets evolutionary algorithm for solutions to multi-targets optimization inspection model of transmission lines. Ex- ample of reliability busbar test system verifies reasonability of this model and effectiveness of this method.
