摘要
根据调度培训仿真系统(dispatcher training system,DTS)、集控中心仿真系统及变电站仿真系统(operator training system,OTS)的应用现状,研究了开发调度/集控/变电站一体化仿真系统的开发策略。利用电网仿真与变电站仿真设备状态的自动映射,将潮流数据作为变电站仿真一次、二次设备动作的输入数据;当在就地或监控中心进行设备操作或系统发生故障时,变电站独立的信号输出模型向站内、集控和调度中心监控系统输出具体动作信号,从而实现一体化仿真功能。通过对广东电网公司河源供电局电网系统及7个变电站进行仿真,实现了调度/集控/变电站单独培训、集控与运维联合仿真培训、调度、集控、运维联合仿真培训等培训模式功能,开发策略得到了良好的实际应用。
According to application status quo of dispatch training system, centralized control simulation system and substa- tion simulation system, this paper studies a development strategy for dispatch, centralized control and substation integration. It uses automatic mapping of power grid simulation and state of simulating equipment of station, taking flow data as input data of actions of primary and secondary equipments. When carrying on equipment operation at the site or the monitoring center and when the system going wrong, the independent signal output model of the station exports specified action signal to the instation, monitoring system of the centralized control and dispatching center, thereby it may realize integrated simula- tion function. By conducting simulation in grid system of Heyuan power supply bureau of Guangdong power grid and its sev- en substations, it realizes training mode functions including independent training of dispatch, centralized control and substa- tion, unite simulation training, dispatch, centralized control and operation and maintenance. Practices show that the devel- opment strategy is good in actual application.
