摘要
分别采用频率响应法和短路阻抗法对220 kV主变压器进行绕组变形故障诊断分析,从而说明单一诊断方法的测试结果不能作为判断绕组是否发生变形的唯一依据,必须结合多项试验(如油中溶解气体色谱分析、短路阻抗测试、直流电阻试验和局部放电试验等)的结果综合分析判断,并提出数据分析时应作横向和纵向比较的建议。
This paper analyzes 220 kV main transformer winding deformation failure by taking frequency response method and short circuit impedance method respectively. It explains that testing results of single diagnosis can not be taken as the on- ly basis for judging whether the transformer winding is deformed or not. It expounds necessity to combine results of multi- term tests such as chromatographic analysis for dissolved gas in oil, short circuit impedance test, direct current resistance test and partial discharge and so on for comprehensive analysis and judgement. It suggests transverse and lengthways comparison when processing data analysis.
