摘要
目的:建立水中4种已二酸酯类增塑剂的气相色谱质谱联用测定方法。方法:取200 ml水样经正已烷萃取,加入己二酸二(1-丁基戊基)酯(BBPA)作为内标,气相色谱质谱联用法测定水中4种已二酸酯类增塑剂,采用SCAN模式定性,SIM模式定量测定已二酸二乙酯(DEA),己二酸二丁酯(DBA),己二酸二异丁酯(DIBA),己二酸二(乙基己基)酯(DEHA)。结果:4种已二酸酯类化合物在0.01 mg/L~10.0 mg/L浓度范围呈线性关系,其相关系数均大于0.998,检出限为1.5μg/L~3.0μg/L,方法回收率在84.4%~104.6%,相对标准差均小于7%。结论:该法简单、灵敏、准确,适用于水中已二酸酯类化合物的测定。
Objective:To establish an analytical method for determination of four adipate plasticizers in water by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Methods: The water samples were extracted by hexanes,using BBPA as internal standard,seperation and detection were performed by GC-MS,the SCAN mode was employed for qualitative analysis,and SIM mode was used in the quantitative determination of DEA,DBA,DIBA and DEHA.Results: The linear correlation coefficients of 4 chemicals in the range of 0.01 mg/L^10.0 mg/L were all over 0.998.The limits of quantification were between 1.5 μg/L^3.0 μg/L,and the recoveries ranged from 84.4% to 104.6%.Relative standard deviations(RSDs) were all less than 7%.Conclusion: This method is simple,sensitive,accurate and suitable for the determination of the adipate compounds in water.
