摘要
目的:研究热解吸-气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中卤代烃的解吸方法,并与溶剂解吸-气相色谱法进行比较。方法:优化热解吸仪解吸条件,比较不同热解吸采集管的效率;测定方法的穿透容量、回收率、检出限等,并与溶剂解吸法进行比较。结果:热解吸仪测定卤代烃的仪器条件为:样品吹扫流量60 ml/min,吹扫时间10 min;捕集阱解吸温度280℃,解吸时间10 min。热解吸型活性炭管和Tenax管对卤代烃的解吸效率无明显差异。结论:热解吸-GC法可分离7种卤代烃,灵敏度高于溶剂解吸102-104倍,方法操作简单,解吸效率高;溶剂解吸-GC法可同时解吸13种卤代烃,方法稳定性好,适合高浓度样品的分析。
Objective:To study the method of determining halogenated hydrocarbons in the air of work place by thermal desorption-GC and compare it with the solvent desorption-GC method.Methods: The conditions of the thermal desorption instrument were optimized and the desorption efficiency of two different collection tubes was determined.The penetration capacity,recoveries and detection limit of the method were also determined.The results were compared with the results of solvent desorption-GC.Results: The conditions of thermal desorption instrument were as following: sample purge flow:60 ml/min,sample purge time:10 min,Trap heat temp:280℃,Trap heat time:10 min.There was no significant difference between thermal desorption activated charcoal tube and Tenax Tube.Conclusion: The method of thermal desorption-GC can separate seven halogenated hydrocarbons,which has high desorption efficiency and simple operation.Its sensitivity is 102-104 times higher than that of solvent desorption-GC.The method of solvent desorption can separate 13 halogenated hydrocarbons,which has high stability and is suitable to determine the samples with high concentration of halogenated hydrocarbons.
