兰州市市售婴幼儿配方奶粉中肠杆菌及其它细菌的检测分析 被引量:5

Detection and analysis of Enterobacteriaceae and other bacteria in commercial infant formula powder in Lanzhou city

摘要 目的:了解兰州市市售婴幼儿配方奶粉中肠杆菌及其它细菌的污染状况。方法:采用传统微生物学分离和鉴定方法就98份兰州市市售婴幼儿配方奶粉的带菌情况加以检测。结果:从5份样品中分离出6种细菌(占检测样品总数的5.10%),包括:产酸克雷伯菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、无花果沙雷氏菌、泛菌属某些种、施氏假单胞菌及洋葱伯克氏菌,其中前4种细菌为肠杆菌科细菌(占分离菌株的87.50%),后2种属于其它细菌科(占分离菌株的12.50%)。结论:兰州市市售的婴幼儿配方奶粉中存在着以肠杆菌为主的多种细菌污染,会对婴幼儿健康构成潜在危害。 Objective:To investigate the contamination status of Enterobacteriaceae and other bacteria in infant formula powder sold in Lanzhou city.Methods: Bacteria from 98 infant formula powder samples were isolated and identified using conventional microbiological methods.Results: Six kinds of bacteria were isolated from five samples(representing 5.10% of the total number of samples),and four kinds of them belonged to Enterobacteriaceae(accounting for 87.50% of the isolated bacterial strains).The species were Klebsiella oxytoc,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Serratia ficaria,Pantoea spp,Pseudomonas stutzeri and Burkholderia cepacia.The former four kinds were all included in Enterobacteriaceae,and the latter two belonged to other bacteria families(accounting for 12.50% of the isolated bacterial strains).Conclusion: Infant formula powder sold in Lanzhou city were contaminated by several kinds of bacteria,which could result in potential hazards to infants,and the main contaminating bacteria are Enterobacteriaceae.
