摘要
目的:了解2009年-2011年通州区食品中铅、镉污染情况,为建立食品污染物预警系统提供依据。方法:按2009年-2011年北京市食品安全风险监测计划,结合通州区实际情况,对通州区本地食品进行铅、镉检测。结果:铅共监测样品337件,检出样品164件,检出率为48.66%。镉共监测样品337件,检出样品294件,检出率为87.24%。食用菌镉检测10件,4件超出国家标准,超标率为10%。结论:本区食品受到不同程度的铅、镉污染。特别是一些没有国家标准的食品类别,最高值都出现在此类食品中。
Objective:To understand the pollution situation of lead and cadmium in Tonghzou district during 2009 and 2011,and provide basis for setting up warning system of food contaminants.Methods: Food in Tongzhou district were carried out detection of lead and cadmium based on "Food safety risk monitoring plan in Beijing in 2009-2011" and the local present situation.Results: 337 samples were monitored for lead in total,the detection rate was 48.66%(164/337),while cadmium was found in 294 samples from 337 monitored samples(87.24%).Cadmium was detected in 10 edible fungi samples,4 cases were found to exceed the national standard with the over-limit rate of 10%.Conclusion: Food in Tongzhou district showed contamination of lead and cadmium to different degrees,especially those not included in national standard were most serious.
