2009年-2011年通州区食品中铅、镉污染检测结果分析

Analysis of lead and cadmium pollution in Tongzhou district from 2009 to 2011

目的:了解2009年-2011年通州区食品中铅、镉污染情况,为建立食品污染物预警系统提供依据。方法:按2009年-2011年北京市食品安全风险监测计划,结合通州区实际情况,对通州区本地食品进行铅、镉检测。结果:铅共监测样品337件,检出样品164件,检出率为48.66%。镉共监测样品337件,检出样品294件,检出率为87.24%。食用菌镉检测10件,4件超出国家标准,超标率为10%。结论:本区食品受到不同程度的铅、镉污染。特别是一些没有国家标准的食品类别,最高值都出现在此类食品中。

Objective：To understand the pollution situation of lead and cadmium in Tonghzou district during 2009 and 2011,and provide basis for setting up warning system of food contaminants.Methods： Food in Tongzhou district were carried out detection of lead and cadmium based on ＂Food safety risk monitoring plan in Beijing in 2009-2011＂ and the local present situation.Results： 337 samples were monitored for lead in total,the detection rate was 48.66%（164/337）,while cadmium was found in 294 samples from 337 monitored samples（87.24%）.Cadmium was detected in 10 edible fungi samples,4 cases were found to exceed the national standard with the over-limit rate of 10%.Conclusion： Food in Tongzhou district showed contamination of lead and cadmium to different degrees,especially those not included in national standard were most serious.
