杭州市拱墅区女性HPV感染基因分型情况调查 被引量:9

Survey on HPV genotypes among female patients from Gongshu district of Hangzhou

摘要 目的:了解杭州市拱墅区女性宫颈感染高危型人乳头瘤病毒基因型分布情况,为该区HPV分子流行病学研究提供依据。方法:利用PCR和反向杂交技术分别对2011年1月-2011年12月来医院就诊的3664例妇产科病人进行23种HPV基因亚型检测,其中包括18种高危亚型(HPV 16、18、31、33、35、39、45、51、52、53、56、58、59、66、68、73、83、MM4)及5种低危亚型(HPV 6、11、42、43、44)。结果:3664例女性中共检测出HPV感染者950例,感染率为25.9%,各基因型检出次数总共为1204次;高危型HPV(hrHPV)检出886次(73.6%),低危型HPV检出318次(26.4%);hrHPV感染前五位的基因型依次为HPV16(19.3%)、HPV58(11.8%)、HPV52(7.9%)、HPV33(6.3%)、HPV18(5.2%);低危型HPV感染排前三位的依次为HPV43(11.4%)、HPV6(7.0%)和HPV11(6.1%)。HPV单一感染病人746例(78.5%),双重感染164例(17.3%),三重感染33例(3.5%),四重感染6例(0.6%),另有一例七重感染。感染年龄以15~20岁阶段最高(阳性率42.9%)。结论:杭州市拱墅区女性hrHPV感染的基因型以HPV16、58、52为主,其次为HPV33、18;以单一感染为主。 Objective:To investigate the genotypes of high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV) in female patients with cervicitis from Gongshu District of Hangzhou,therefore providing data for further studies on molecular epidemiology of HPV infection.Methods: Swab samples from cervix were collected from 3664 gynecological patients during period from Jan 2011 to Dec 2011.PCR and Reverse hybridization blot probe assay were applied to detect different genetic subtypes of HPV,including 18 high-risk subtypes(HPV 16,18,31,33,35,39,45,51,52,53,56,58,59,66,68,73,83 and MM4) and another 5 low-risk subtypes(HPV 6,11,42,43 and 44).Results: Among 3664 females,HPV infection was detected in 950 cases,with infection rate being 25.9%.HPV infection with different subtypes was detected in 1204 samples,with high-risk HPV subtypes in 886 samples(accounting for 73.6%) and low-risk subtypes in 318 samples(accounting for 26.4%).HPV16(19.3%),HPV58(11.8%),HPV52(7.9%),HPV33(6.3%) and HPV18(5.2%) ranked top 5 in high-risk genotypes,while HPV43(11.4%),HPV6(7.0%) and HPV11(6.1%) ranked top 3 in low-risk genotypes.746 cases were infected by single subtype of HPV(78.5%),with 164 cases with double-infection(17.3%),33 cases with triple-infection and 6 cases with quadruple-infection.One case was found to be infected by 7 subtypes of HPV.Females aged 15~20 were the main infection population(positive rate 42.9%).Conclusion: HPV16,58 and 52 are the most common genotypes of high-risk HPV infection in female patients from Gongshu area of Hangzhou,while HPV33 and HPV 18 are another two less common high-risk genotypes.Most cases were infected by single subtype of HPV.
