摘要
根据步进电机的速度特性,设计出加、减速性能良好的梯形脉冲频率特性曲线,并且建立了它的数学模型,对其有关参数进行了计算和分析,已成功地应用于多台步进电机的计算机运动控制单元开发,实现速度和加、减速的合理规划与控制.
According to the rate property of stepping motor, a property curve of plus frequent with good acceleration and deceleration feature is designed, and its mathematics model built up. Some parameters about it are analyzed and calculated furthermore. This method has been applied to the development of computer control unit of the motion of several stepping motors succesfully, accomplishing the rationable planning and control of rate, acceleration and deceleration of stepping motor.
