摘要
以不锈钢(316L)粉为原料,经 100MPa冷成型于空气中以不同温度烧结.通过测定其相对密度、线收缩率和抗弯强度,研究温度对材料致密化和强度的影响.结果表明:烧结温度升高,相对密度和抗弯强度增加,温度超过 1200℃时两者的增加趋于平缓.
The stainless steel powders were used to prepare samples by. 100MPa perforation and different temperature sintering in air. The influence of densification and strength for sintering temperature were investigated by density, linear shrinkage and flexural strength were measured. The results show that density and flexural strength increase with sintering temperature, but its increment were indistinct when sintering temperature is above 1200℃.
