心内科进修医生培养注重疾病诊疗指南

Training Refreshed Doctors in Department of Cardiology should Pay Attention to Clinical Guidelines to the Diagnosis and Treatment of Diseases

心血管内科学是近年来发展较为迅速的专业学科之一,心血管疾病指南更新很快,对进修医生仅强调"强化三基训练"已不能满足进修医生临床教学需求。本文从大型综合医院心内科进修生的教学现状出发,阐述心血管疾病指南在心内科进修医师教学中的作用,介绍临床带教导师如何指导进修医生在临床实践中熟练、正确地应用心血管疾病指南,提高进修医生临床继续教育的质量。

Cardiovascular internal medicine is one of the disciplines that have gained rapid development in recent years. Guidelines on diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases update frequently. It is not enough merely to emphasize the importance of training in basic theory, knowledge and skills, which can＇t meet refresher doctors＇ needs for clinical practice training. On the basis of analyzing the status quo of refreshed doctors＇ continuing education in large comprehen- sive hospitals, the article elaborates the role that cardiovascular disease guidelines play in continuing education and intro- duces how the clinical mentors guide trained doctors to proficiently and correctly apply cardiovascular disease guidelines in clinical practice and to improve the quality of refresher doctors＇ continuing education.
