热处理对化学镀钴硼合金结构和磁学性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 利用Dmax /rb旋转阳极X射线衍射仪分析了化学镀Co -B合金镀层的晶化过程 ,并采用LDJ- 90 0 0振动试样型磁强计测定了镀层磁学参数。结果表明 ,镀层 (B质量分数为5.1% )在镀态时具有非晶态结构 ,经 4 0 0℃ 2h热处理后 ,镀层由非晶态向α -Co转变 ,并出现β-Co和Co2 B相。 6 0 0℃ 1h热处理后 ,镀层由β -Co和Co2 B相组成。镀层经热处理后 ,其矫顽力Hc⊥ 大幅度上升 (最大 2 11.9Oe) ,Hc//基本不变 ,矩形比SQR⊥ 增至 0 .2 ,SQR//为 0 .6~ 0 .8,且 30 0℃时有最小值 0 .35。 The crystallization and magnetic properties of electroless plating Co\|B alloy are investigated by XRD ( Dmax\|rb ) and VSM (LDJ-9000) individually. It is found that Co\|B alloy (\$ω\- B =5 1%\$)as\|plated is of amorphous structure. After annealing at 400 ℃ for 2 hours,amorphism transforms into α\|Co,then β\|Co and Co\-2B appear. The film is composed of β\|Co and Co\-2B after annealing at 600 ℃ for 1 hour. With heat treatment, coercive force \$H\-\{ c⊥ \}\$ increases widely(the maximum 211.9 Oe)and \$H\-\{ c// \}\$ is a constant ,SQR\-⊥ raises up to 0.2, SQR\-\{//\} ranges between 0.6 to 0.8(the minimum 0.35 is obtained with annealing temperature 300 ℃).
