摘要
对羟基苯甲酸用氯化亚砜酰氯化 ,再与氯苯进行弗 克反应 ,并经提纯制备高纯度 4 羟基 4’ 氯二苯甲酮 ,该工艺具有操作简便、原料成本低及产品质量优异之特点。产品总收率为 60 %~ 68% ,HPLC纯度大于 99%。
hydroxy\|4'\|chlorobenzophenone (CBP) was prepared more easily in 60%~68% total yield and above 99% high-purity . In this synthesis process, Thionylchloride and p\|hydroxybenzoic acid was converted to p\|hydroxybenzoyl chloride, with which chlorobenzene was acylated in the presence of anhydrous aluminum chloride, to give the CBP of more than 95% purity , then high\|purity CBP was obtained by two special purifying methods.
