摘要
针对供水管道漏水检测的需要,提出了一种基于TMS320VC5402数字信号处理器和XBEE无线模块的数据采集系统方案。文中对该方案的DSP最小系统模块、信号放大及滤波电路、A/D转换电路以及XBEE模块电路等系统关键部分的电路设计进行了讨论。针对此系统的特点,设计了相应的程序对该系统进行测试。测试实验结果表明,从机在数据采集上能够与主机保持同步,减小了互相关运算中系统自身误差,满足漏水检测中互相关运算的数据要求。
Aiming at the demand of water supply pipeline leakage detection,the article introduced a solution for implementing data acquisition system based on TMS320VC5402 digital signal processor and XBEE wireless module.The circuit design of some key parts such as DSP minimum system,signal amplification and filtering circuit,A/D converter circuit and XBEE module cir- cuit in the system are discussed in this paper.A test program is designed to test the system.The test results showes that slave data acquisition can be synchronized with the host,so the system error in the cross-correlation algorithm is mini- mized.
