摘要
对于连续化大生产过程系统成本和质量敏感的,尤其需要低成本智能化的自动化系统。工业无线系统构建灵活、安装和维护成本低廉,逐步开始在过程控制系统中应用并日益重要。设计了一种基于工业认知无线电的监控系统,设计了系统的网关、接入点和用于现场仪表的无线通信核心模块,基于无线信道评估,给出了一研究优化的时隙分配方法和通信调度。局部测试表明,较典型的工业无线系统,系统具有更好的可靠性和实时性。
In today's competitive process industry marketplace,intelligent and low-cost industrial automation systems are required to improve the productivity and efficiency.The industry wireless network system,which brings several advantages over tradi- tional wired industrial monitoring and control systems,will play a vital role in automation system for process industry.An au- tomation system based on industry cognitive radio is designed to meet the requirement of control system for process in- dustry.Following that,the gate way,the access point and the core module for field devices are presented,and an optimal strategy for time slot allotment based on channel estimation and communication schedule are introduced in this paper.
