成都地区人乳头瘤病毒型别分布研究 被引量:2

The distribution of human papillomaviruses infections in chengdu

摘要 应用反向膜杂交技术对1668例标本进行型别鉴定和统计分析.在1668例标本中,共检出阳性标本673例,感染率为40.3%;其中单重感染512例,占阳性标本的76.1%,双重感染96例,占阳性标本的14.3%;单重感染中的高危型感染318例,占阳性标本的47.3%,低危型感染194例,占阳性标本的28.8%.结果表明成都地区HPV感染率较高,且以单一基因型感染为主,其中HPV-16感染率最高,其次是HPV-18,低危型HPV感染以HPV-6和HPV-11为主. A total of 1668 outpatient women were detected for 23 HPV DNA types with the assay of re- verse dot blot. 40.3% of those samples were detected positive for HPV infection. Among them, 72.1 were infected by single HPV genotype, 14.3% were infected by two genotypes. In the single infection of HPV, the percentages of high-risk HPVs were 47.3%, and the rate of low-risk HPVs were 28.8%. It was showed that in the area of Chengdu, HPV infection situation was comparatively severe and most were single infection. Among the high risk HPV infections, HPV-16 prevalence was highest, and a- mong the low risk HPV infections, types 6 and 11 were the most prevalent.
