试论公共图书馆法人治理机制的优化

Optimization Measures of Corporate Management Mechanism for the Public Library

公共图书馆要想在科技迅猛发展的知识经济时代得以可持续的发展,就必须根据外界条件的变化实施变革。论文从法人治理机制的含义入手,分析了我国公共图书馆作为事业单位法人在治理机制方面存在的问题,针对问题提出了优化措施,进行了探索性研究。

If the public library wants to have sustainable development in the era of knowledge economy which science and technology developed rapidly, it must have a revolution according to the change of external conditions. Started from the meaning of corporate management mechanism, this paper analyzes the existing problems of the public library in China, which is as a legal person business unit in governance mechanism, proposes the optimized measures, and makes an explorative study.
