论真空物理中流导公式的错误及其原因──兼论气体状态方程不适用于定常粘性流气体

摘要 论述了目前真空物理中流导计算公式的错误及其原因.论证了气体状态方程不适用于气体定常粘性流,着重指出不可压缩性假定与状态方程间的排斥和矛盾.并提出了较为合理的流导定义.对矩形截面流管中气体定常粘性流速度分布公式提出了修正意见. In this paper, some new discussions on several important issues of vacuum physics are pre-sented. It is proved tha the ideal gas equation can not be applied in the case of viscous gas flow. It is al-so pointed out that the formulae of calculation of the flow conductance in physics of vacuurn are wrong be-cause of the incompressibility of the steady flow of viscous gas in conhadiction to the ideal gas equation.A new and more reasonable definition of the flow conductance is suggested.
