摘要
以CuCl2·2H2O和NaOH为原料,通过室温固相反应制备出纳米CuO粉末.用X-射线衍射和透射电镜对产物的组成、大小和形貌进行了表征.结果表明,产物纳米氧化铜为单斜晶系结构,平均粒径为10nm左右,颗粒分布均匀.
Nanosized CuO powder was synthesized by solid-state reaction using CuCl2·2H2O with NaOH at room temperature. The crystal form, particle size and morphology of the nanosized CuO were characte-rized by XRD, TEM. The results show that average particle sizes of nanosized CuO are about 10nm.
