Application of Improved Bio-film in Sludge Reduction

通过对造船厂生产、生活污废水水质的分析,确定了采用改良生物膜法作为其处理工艺,给出了该工艺的主要构筑物设计参数。项目经过3年多的稳定运行,出水完全达到中水回用标准,产生的剩余污泥量很少,实现了污泥减量化的工业应用。

The illustration of the improved Bio-film was introduced as the treatment technology to resolve the industrial and domestic sewage, and the parameter of domination unit was gived. The project have been running for more than three years, and the water quality accord with the standard of water recycling and reuse of china. In this project, the sludge produced in the bio-chemistry units was limited and industrialized application of the sludge reduction was achieved.
