摘要
改性聚氯乙烯弹性体是代替橡胶用于某些橡胶制品的理想材料 .通过对CPE ,NBR ,ELVALOY -741 ,粉末丁腈橡胶P83等与PVC组成二元共混物的物机性能进行比较 ,可以证明 :P83和ELVALOY改性效果较好 ;并以此为基础 ,进一步研究了PVC/CPE/NBR ,PVC/CPE/ELVALOY ,PVC/CPE/P83三元共混材料 ,制备了性能价格比优异的三元共混弹性体材料PVC/CPE/NBR .
Modified flexible PVC is an ideal material for replacing rubber in making some products.The properties of PVC/CPE,PVC/NBR,PVC/ElVALOY and PVC/P83 are studied,using P83 and ELVALOY as compatibilizer,PVC elastomer which have good mobility.Especially, the properties of PVC/CPE/NBR,PVC/CPE/ELVALOY,PVC/CPE/P83 are studied,thus the blends of PVC,CPE and NBR with excellent properties are obtained
