摘要
目的:探讨糖皮质激素联合阿昔洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:收治带状疱疹患者248例,随机分成对照组和观察组各124例,观察组采用激素联合阿昔洛韦治疗,对照组给予阿昔洛韦软膏外用,同时静滴阿昔洛韦粉针剂治疗。结果:观察组止痛时间1.70±0.71天,止痂时间4.01±0.80天,病程7.05±2.18天,遗留神经痛2例(1.6%);对照组止痛时间5.22±2.40天,止痂时间7.16±1.57天,病程13.34±2.37天,遗留神经痛18例(14.5%),两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),观察组治愈104例,显效20例,总有效率100.0%,对照组治愈90例,显效12例,有效18例,总有效率96.8%,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:糖皮质激素联合阿昔洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹止痛时间、止痂时间和全疗程均短,遗留神经痛少,疗效显著。
Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of glucocorticoids combined with acyclovir treatment of senile herpes zoster.
