无创正压通气治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的临床观察

目的:探讨无创正压通气治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:收治CHF患者68例,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组34例。两组均给予休息、吸氧及药物治疗。观察组在对照组的基础上加用无创正压机械通气。结果:患者上机2小时后呼吸频率及心率与治疗前比较明显降低(P<0.05);患者上机2小时后pH值与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),PaCO2治疗后24小时及停机1小时后均较治疗前有显著下降(P<0.05),PaCO2较上机前明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:无创正压通气治疗老年慢性心力衰竭安全有效。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of elderly pa- tients with chronic heart failure. Methods： choose our hospital from February 2011 to May 2012,the treatment of CHF 68 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 34 cases in each, the two groups of patients were treated with rest, oxygen and medication. The observation group in the normal control group based on the addition of non - invasive positive pressure ventilation. Machine 2 hours. Results： Patients respiratory rate and heart rate compared with before treatment significantly reduced（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; patients on the machine 2 hours after PH value compared with before treatment was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05 ）, the PaCO2 treatment 24hours and stop one hour after than before treatment decreased signifieantly（ P 〈 0.05 ） , PaO2 compared to the significantly higher（ P 〈 0.05 ） on the machine before. Conclusion：Noninvasire positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of elderly patients with chronie heart failure is safe and effective, should be promoted.
