不同手术方法治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效探讨

目的:分析比较胫骨近端解剖钢板与锁定钢板在胫骨平台骨折治疗中的临床疗效。方法:将60例胫骨平台骨折患者随即分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组手术采用胫骨近端解剖钢板内固定治疗,观察组采用锁定钢板内固定治疗,术后第12个月时按照Rasmussen标准对患者膝关节功能进行评分,同时观察两组并发症情况。结果:对照组优16例(53.33%),良8例(26.67%),中3例(10%),差3例(10%),优良率80%。观察组优18例(60%),良8例(26.67%),中3例(10%),差1例(3.33%),优良率86.67%。两组优良率比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:胫骨近端解剖钢板与锁定钢板内固定术两种方法,均是临床治疗胫骨平台骨折的安全有效方法。

Objective：To analyze the clinical efficacy of the more proximal tibia anatomical plates and locking plates in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures. Methods ：60 cases of tibial plateau fracture patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group 30 cases, the control group of patients surgery with internal fixation of the anatomical plates of the proximal tibia, and observe the group of patients using locking plate fixation, after 12 month according to the Rasmussen standard knee function score were observed complications. Results：There were 16 cases of group priority, accounting for 53.33% ; good in 8 cases（26.67%） ; three cases,accounting for 10% , and poor in 3 cases, accounting for 10% ;excellent rate of 80%. Observation were excellent in 18 cases ,60% ; good in 8 cases （ 26. 67% ）, 3 cases, accounting for 10% and poor in 1, accounting for 3.33% ; rate of 86.67%. Two sets of excellent rates, no significant differences （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The anatomical plates of the proximal tibia with two methods of locking plate fixation, are safe and effective method for the clinical treatment of tibial plateau fractures.
