摘要 慢性肺心病心衰(CCPHF)急性加重期因缺氧致多种缩血管因子释放,使缺氧性肺动脉高压(HPH)进一步加重。近年来,许多学者就降低HPH,改善右心泵功能的课题做了大量研究,取得了很大进展,但尚存在一些问题。本研用采用巯甲丙脯酸(CP)、
