The Application of the Fast Installation in the Fixture Design

工件的装夹速度是夹具设计研究中的一个重要课题 .对生产中使用的圆锥销装夹、凸轮装夹、压板装夹、垫板装夹等几种不同类型的夹具进行分析 ,并指出 :根据工件的种类、结构的不同 ,采用合理的快速装夹方式 ,可有效地减轻工人的劳动强度 ,提高劳动生产率 .

The workpiece's installation and gripping speed is an important subject of fixture design study.This paper sets forth that fast installation and gripping have no stated mode through analysizing several kinds of fixtures,such as taper bolt fixture,cam fixture,plattern fixture and backing board fixture,which are used in production. Using reasonable fast installation and gripping method according to workpiece's type and structure can efficiently relieve worker's intensity of work and raise production rate,and the conclusion has been sufficiently verified by production practice and can be used reference for fixture design.
