动态观察新生儿肺出血X线影像学表现的临床应用

目的:分析新生儿肺出血X线表现,对指导新生儿肺出血的治疗提供临床意义。方法:采取床旁摄片,动态观察典型的2例新生儿肺出血患者的X线表现。结果:动态监测各阶段均不一致,且进展迅猛,数小时内即可产生完全不同的X线征象。结论:动态X线观察严重病例数小时复查1次,这是诊断NPH最有效最可靠的方法,对指导临床早诊早治、降低病死率有重要意义。

Objective：To analyse the neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage X line performance, to guide the treatment of neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage provide clinical siguifieance. Methods： Adopt bedside radiography, dynamic observation typical 2 cases of neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage patients X line performance. Results： The dynamic monitoring of each stage are not consistent, and developed rapidly, and within hours can produce totally different X - ray signs.
