激光层裂法测量涂层结合强度是近年来新发展的一种方法 文中介绍了该方法检测的基本原理与实验方法 ,并对该测量方法的几个关键技术 ,即应力波生成与传播的数学模型、约束层与能量吸收层对应力波形的影响、应力波形的测量与临界值的判定 ,进行评述
The laser spallation technique is a new method developed in recent years to measure the adhesion strength of coating.In this paper, the basic theory and the experimental arrangement of laser spallation technique are introduced.A review as well as an analysis is given to some recent advances in several key aspects of the technique such as stimulation of the stress pulse, influence of the laser absorbing film and the constraining material on the stress pulse profile, measurements and determination of the threshold laser energy.
