刀具表面涂层技术是刀具材料发展中的一项重要突破 ,它是解决刀具材料的主要矛盾 ,即红硬性、耐磨性、强度与韧性兼而有之的一个有效措施 采用多元多层复合涂层时 ,可获得单一涂层难以企及的优异切削性能 受涂层设备、涂层工艺等因素制约 ,国内首次对 4层以上涂层刀具进行切削性能研究 文中阐述了
As an important breakthrough in the development of tips materials, the technique of coating the tips' surface is thought to be an effective measure in solving the problem of making tips materials characterized by red hardness, wear resistance, strength and endurance. Better cutting ability could be obtained by adopting multiply composites coating instead of mono coating. Owing to the restriction of coating equipment and coating techniques, it is the first time in our country to study the cutting ability of tips with four or more layers of coating. The paper depicts the cutting experiment on four kinds of multiply tips.
