摘要
社区卫生服务是城市卫生工作和社区建设的重要组成部分,是实现"人人享有卫生保健"目标的基础环节,而居民健康档案则是开展社区卫生服务的重要依据。随着信息化程度的提高,健康档案的管理亦应与时俱进,借助信息化,及时、有效地对档案资料进行查询、分析、统计,以实现效益化。本文对目前社区居民健康档案的信息化管理情况作一综述,以期给予社区卫生服务工作者一定帮助。
