不同实验室间蚊香药效比对试验结果分析

Analysis on the efficacy comparison of mosquito coil among different laboratory

目的比较不同实验室间蚊香A、B的药效试验结果,以便各实验室根据比对结果,查找问题,提高检测能力。方法按照GB/T13917.4-2009《农药登记卫生用杀虫剂室内药效试验及评价第4部分:蚊香》方法检测蚊香对淡色库蚊或致倦库蚊的半数击倒时间(KT50值),用稳健统计法对结果进行分析评价。结果 18个实验室参与比对试验,样品A KT50值有17个实验室获得满意结果,占94.44%;1个实验室结果存在问题,占5.56%。样品B KT50值有16个实验室获得满意结果,占88.89%;1个实验室结果存在问题,占5.56%;1个实验室结果不满意,占5.56%。结论参比实验室的总体检测能力较高,部分实验室需查找出现问题或造成结果不满意的原因,改进并不断提高检测水平。

Objective To compare the efficacy of mosquito coil tested by different laboratory with qualification for registration of public insecticide efficacy, and to prove the detection ability of them. Methods KTs0 value was tested according to the method from GB/T13917.4 -2009, and the results was analyzed by the method of globalized robust statistic method （z-score）. Results For sample A,there were 17 labs with the satisfied test results among the total of 18 labs, accounting for 94.44%, and only one lab had little problem （5.56%）. For sample B,the test results from 16 labs were satisfied （88.89%）,one lab with problem （5.56%） and one lab without satisfied result （5.56%）. Conclusion Most of the labs have higher detection level for efficacy of mosquito coil, and few labs still exit a little problem. So labs with problem need to be found the reason and to be improved further. Comparison among different labs contributes to the improvement of detection ability.
