摘要
目的了解各种市售蟑螂毒饵对德国小蠊的杀灭效果,为指导现场防治提供科学依据。方法参照国家标准(GB/T 13917.7-2009)进行药效测定、适口性实验、发霉实验。结果 15种市售蟑螂毒饵中有3种杀虫效果较差,其余毒饵7 d内均能杀灭90%以上试虫。残杀威类毒饵与吡虫啉类毒饵在适口性试验中杀虫性能有所下降。各种毒饵防霉性能均良好。结论大部分市售蟑螂毒饵性能良好,0.8%~1%为乙酰甲胺磷的最适配比,复合型毒饵对比单一成分的毒饵无明显优势。实际使用中还要考虑蟑螂抗性等问题,建议轮换使用不同主要成分的毒饵,及时补充消耗毒饵等才能有效地达到防控目的。
Objective To learn the effect of all kinds of commercially available insecticides of cockroach poisonous baits against Blattella germanica and give scientific evidence for its field control. Methods According to the national standard (GB/T 13917.7 -2009 ) , the experiments of efficacy test, palatability and mildew were conducted. Results 3 of the total 15 kinds of cockroach poisonous baits didn' t have an expected insecticidal effect, while the rest could kill over 90% of test insects respectively in 7 days. In the experiment of palatability, the insecticidal properties of propoxur and imidacloprid poisonous baits declined. The antifungal property with all kinds of poisonous baits worked well. Conclusion Good performance of most commercially available cockroach bait, 0.8% - 1% of the optimal ratio of acephate, single-component composite baits contrast has no significant advantage. Actual use should also be considered resistant cockroaches and other issues. It is recommended to use a different rotation of the main component of the bait, replenish bait consumption in order to effectively achieve the prevention and control and other purposes.
