61例老年前列腺增生症术后患者焦虑情绪相关因素的调查

Investigation of factors related to the anxiety levels of elderly patients with hyperplasia of prostate after operations

目的探讨老年术后患者焦虑情绪及其相关因素。方法采用状态焦虑问卷对61例老年前列腺增生症术后患者进行调查。采用多元逐步回归分析法对影响患者术后焦虑情绪的相关因素进行分析。结果本组术后老年患者焦虑状态得分为(52.89±13.00)分,处于中度焦虑水平。伤口疼痛、体位舒适度、引流管刺激和睡眠障碍是影响老年患者术后焦虑情绪的重要因素(均P<0.05)。结论缓解术后疼痛,创造良好环境,做好引流管的护理,减轻管道刺激可降低老年患者的焦虑情绪,使其达到最佳的身心状态,从而提高疾病治疗的效果。

Objective To study the relevant factors of the patients＇ anxiety levels after the surgeries.Method 61 elderly patients with hyperplasia of prostate after operations were investigated by State Anxiety Questionnaire.Results The anxiety score is of medium level（52.89 ± 13.00）.The main influential causes are the pain on wound,the comfort degree of body position,the stimulus of drainage tube and sleep disorder（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Relieve the pain of wound,create suitable environment,better the nursing of drainage tube and lessen the stimulus to the tube are useful to reduce the patients＇ anxiety levels,and help them get physical and mental health,thus improve the healing effectiveness.
