太宁栓联合95%酒精治疗产后痔疮的疗效观察及护理

Curative effects of Titanoreine Suppository with 95% alcohol on postpartum hemorrhoids

目的探讨太宁栓联合95%酒精治疗产后痔疮患者的疗效及总结护理要点。方法将96例产后发生痔疮的产妇,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各48例。对照组产妇采用太宁栓塞肛治疗痔疮,并按常规护理;观察组产妇采用太宁栓塞肛联合95%酒精湿敷治疗痔疮,并由专人实施护理干预。治疗1个疗程后,比较两组产妇疼痛及疗效情况。结果观察组产妇痔疮疼痛较对照组明显减轻,两组比较,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义;观察组产妇治疗总有效率为97.92%,对照组为77.08%,两组比较,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论太宁栓联合95%酒精治疗产后痔疮,并进行针对性护理干预,能促进产妇痔疮治疗效果,有效减轻产妇的痛苦,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the curative effects of Titanoreine Suppository with 95% alcohol on postpartum hemorrhoids.Methods Ninety six maternities parturients with postpartum hemorrhoids were equally randomized into the observation group and control group.The patients in the control group were treated with Titanoreine Suppository and routine nursing.The observation group was treated with Titanoreine Suppository with 95% alcohol wet packing on the basis of nursing intervention by a designated person.After a course of treatment,the pain in the patients and the curative effects were compared between the two groups.Results The pains in the patients of the observation group were significantly relieved compared to those of the control group（P 〈0.01）.The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 97.92% and 77.08%,respectively（P 〈0.01）.Conclusion Titanoreine Suppository combined with 95% alcohol together with pertinent nursing intervention is effective in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhoids and reducing maternal pains.
