摘要
目的探讨情景领导理论在急诊进修护士教学中的应用效果。方法对在急诊进修的18名护士运用情景领导理论进行教学和管理。结果 18名进修护士平均理论考试成绩为(76.0±9.6)分;其对带教老师评价为优良。结论运用情景领导理论进行进修护士的教学,在提高进修护士成熟度的同时,提高了教学质量。
Objective To explore the effect of situational leadership theory on the advanced study of nurses in emergency.Method 18 nurses conducting their advanced study in the department of emergency were instructed and managed using the theory of situational leadership.Results The average scores on nursing theories at the exam were higher than those they were scored before.The average score the 18 nurses made for their teachers was 138,which was at the level of excellence.Conclusion Situational leadership theory can both enhance their experience in practical nursing and improve the quality of teaching.
