双辊铸轧薄带钢实验研究及工艺稳定性分析 被引量:39

摘要 在异径双辊铸轧机上进行了不锈钢薄带铸轧的实验研究 ,掌握了诸如浇注温度、铸轧速度、铸轧压力、预留辊缝的大小等薄带钢铸轧的合理工艺参数 ,成功地铸轧了不锈钢带卷 ;对铸轧薄带的显微组织进行分析 ,并比较了晶粒细化的效果 ;依据铸轧实验研究的结果 ,分析了影响工艺稳定性的主要因素 ,得到了工艺稳定性方面的深层规律· Experimental study on the twin roll strip casting of stainless steel was carried out using laboratory unequal diameter twin roll caster at state key laboratory of rolling and automation, Northeastern University. The operating parameters, such as the melting temperature, the casting temperature, the casting speed, the presetting gap of the rolls and the separating force were examined. The 704 austenite stainless steel strip was successfully produced and the optimal operating parameters were obtained. The microstructure of the as cast strip and the effect of the casting technique on the grain refinement were compared with those by conventional process. The main factors that affect the processing stability were discussed based on the experimental results.
