摘要
介绍了二相线阵CCD1 4 3电荷耦合器件应用于铝带厚度检测的基本原理 ,采用感光脉冲填充法对视频输出信号进行处理 ,实现了非接触测量 ,测量精度可达± 1 .4 μm。研制出自动检测和控制的计算机系统 ,可宽范围显示铝带厚度值 ,具有方便的人机对话功能 ,同时用程序产生CCD1 4 3的驱动时钟信号 ,使得硬件结构简化。控制系统自动完成对铝带厚度检测、比较、运算处理。通过I/O接口输出驱动步进电机 ,实现了闭环反馈控制。对 0 .2mm厚度以下超薄铝带轧制精度可控制在± 1 0 μm以内。
In this paper, we introduce the basic theory of using biphase linear array CCD 143 to measure and control the thickness of cold rod aluminum strip. The video output signal is treated by the method of light sensitive pulse padding, so we fulfill the indirect measurement and the measure accuracy can get ±1.4μm. With the automatic measure and control computer system developed, the thickness of the aluminum strip can be displayed in a wide range, so the system has the convenient function of interactive talk. At the same time, the trigger signal is produced by the program, which simplifies the hardware structure. The system can measure, compare and operate the thickness of the aluminum strip automaticly, the stepping motor is driven by the signal of I/O interface, So the system completes the closed loop feedback control. The accuracy of the surper thin aluminum strip whose thickness is below 0.2 mm can be confined the range of ±10μm.
