滚动轴承磨削表面谐波控制理论的发展 被引量:5

摘要 综述滚动轴承磨削表面谐波控制理论的发展过程、现状、最新研究成果及发展方向 ,指出轴承磨削表面谐波误差的最新研究成果主要包括 :“准动力学谐波生成理论”、“谐波分布特征与特征参数”、“准动力学谐波控制理论”、“谐波误差的工艺过程诊断理论”、“轴承振动的谐波控制理论”和“谐波与圆度误差评价的最大模范数理论”等 ,预测未来发展的重点是“非整次谐波”、“谐波分布的不确定度”、“谐波的非线性成分”、“谐波的在线测量与控制”以及“轴承产品性能的谐波设计与工艺控制”等。作者认为 ,谐波控制理论的研究将涉及到广泛的基础学科、技术学科和某些新兴交叉学科的知识。 this paper summarizes the history, current situation , some new achievements and development of harmonic control theory of rolling bearing grinding surface. These new achievements are generating mechanism of harmonic quasi dynamics, distribution feature and characteristic parameter of harmonic, harmonic control mechanism of quasi dynamics,the theory of process diagnosis for harmonic errors, harmonic control theory of rolling bearing vibration and maximum norm theory of harmonic and roundness error. The authors point out in this paper that the major topics in the future in this area are non integral order harmonic, uncertainty of harmonic distribution , nonlinear components of harmonic, on line measurement and control of harmonic and harmonic design and process control of bearing performance. The future researches on the harmonic control theory will deal with wide range of knowledge in the rudimentary disciplines ,technical disciplines and some other new cross disciplines.
