摘要
介绍了由计算机和仪表组成的水泥厂预分解窑仿真系统的计算机网络、仪表控制柜、动态流程图的硬件组成及软件实现思想。该系统采用仿集散型控制系统DCS类型的控制系统与过程全仿真形式。详细介绍了双系统硬件结构、仪表仿真盘台接口线路框图。系统对日产 2 0 0 0吨水泥熟料预分解窑中央控制室进行仿真 ,可模拟中控室人员进行工厂生产控制并进行故障排除训练。
This paper introduces the hardware composition and software realization idea of computer network, instrument control cabinet and dynamic flowchart which are used in the simulation system of predecomposition kiln of cement factory. This system uses distributed control system and full process simulation method. The author discussed with detail the hardware structure of duel system and the circuit diagram of instrument simulation panel. The system can simulate the operation of the central control room of cement predecomposition kiln with the output of 2000 tons per day. It can also be used to simulate the factory production control and failure removal.
